Even though a panic attack & an anxiety attack is the same thing, it doesn’t mean it isn’t terrifying all the same. I sat & watched as my wife was gripped by a panic attack while driving our car. I could not believe just how frightening it was!
If you think you might be showing symptoms of anxiety attacks there’s a simple test you can do. All you do is go through a series of check boxes. Select either yes or no. Check out the notes at the end of the test and it will tell you whether you may need to do something about it.
The test is basically a big list of possible anxiety symptoms. If you find you have ticked a few boxes you may need to act quickly! Trust me; you do not want to suffer an anxiety attack at an unsuitable moment.
If you do find you are having some of the anxiety test symptoms then you can follow some of the links for more info on how to deal with, and stop them before they take hold. It’s possible to overcome them as my wife actually uses this technique to control her attacks. However, before we came across this particular lifesaving technique she saw all manner of useless shrinks and quacks.
The biggest symptom of panic attacks is probably a rapid heartbeat & shallow breath. These symptoms usually start with no apparent reason. Then they quickly move to an almost mortifying fear of dread.
Once the symptoms start you then start to panic about the actual anxiety symptoms. This makes it much worse and very difficult to get control. However, if you can recognise the signs early and know the techniques you can stop them dead in their tracks without any other ill effects.
Once you are confident enough to know and recognise your impending panic attack and are able to stop it dead. Then you will gain more and more confidence and the attacks will be a thing of the past.

Take An Anxiety Symptoms Test & Find Out If You Are Part Of The Rising Tide Of Anxiety Disorders
It seems strange but in these modern times anxiety disorders are on the rise. When I say anxiety disorders you can group panic disorders & panic attacks & anxiety attacks together. They are mostly one & the same.
Is there a reason we seem to be suffering more attacks in the modern day? I’m sure there is and doctors & scientists can probably trot out a million different reasons. Regardless of cause, the serious of the condition remains for the sufferer.
There are a lot of symptoms to these disorders and you may not even know it but you might be suffering or on the verge of being a sufferer. We aren’t born as victims to panic disorders but they start somewhere and more often than not very suddenly. There are anxiety symptoms tests you can take to give yourself a clearer idea whether you may be a sufferer.
An anxiety symptoms test usually consists of ticking yes or no to a handful of questions. You can then take the advice given about your score at the end of the test. After this you can decide whether you need to take any further steps to combat these disorders.
You might find a couple of the anxiety symptoms test questions to be a bit simple. Nevertheless they aren’t, they are in there for a purpose. It all hangs on which particular question you tick. You may tick 2 or 3 unimportant questions but then again you may tick only 1 very important one.
Take one of the questions, “Do you seem to worry a lot”. Well, don’t we all worry a lot? But couple that with the question about a rapid heartbeat & shallowness of breath & you are looking at a high chance you are a victim. If you do think you might be having anxiety disorder symptoms then what harm can it do to take the test?
You may even be relieved to learn that this is what’s been bothering you for a while. If you are a sufferer, rest assured there is help at hand. Anxiety attacks can be beaten in several ways.
My wife suffered panic attacks while driving for a while until we discovered a cure in a product called PanicAway. After trying many other treatments and remedies this is the only product that worked.

Symptoms Of Panic Anxiety Disorders
Even quite recently, mental health problems tended to be viewed with skepticism by the person suffering from the condition and from the people around them. This is often the case with people suffering from panic anxiety disorders. However this condition should be taken seriously as it can lead to more complex issues if left untreated. Here are some of the symptoms that you may experience when you are suffering from panic anxiety disorder. If you recognize some of these symptoms in your own experiences them you should see your health care provider as soon as possible for a clinical diagnosis.
Be Aware Of These Symptoms
When you are anxious, you may feel certain changes in your body and the symptoms seem to be never ending and affecting your daily life when you have a panic anxiety disorder. Among these symptoms are abdominal discomforts, diarrhea, dry mouth, rapid heartbeat (or palpitations), and tightness of the chest, shortness of breath, shaking, difficulty in swallowing, frequent urination, and dizziness. This is caused by the classic “fight or flight” response that the body has to a stressful incident or experience. The changes in the body are brought about by a change in the level of hormones running through the body, in particular adrenaline.
Other symptoms of a panic anxiety disorder may include psychological symptoms such as insomnia, feeling worried, feeling uneasy and restless all the time, tiredness, irritable or quick to anger, inability to concentrate, or a feeling of being in an unreal situation and not in control of your actions. Also, other psychological symptoms of anxiety disorder may include the feeling of going mad or going out of your mind.
It is also thought that a panic anxiety disorder may be a symptom of other mental health problems, such as depression or alcohol dependence. It may also be brought about from using substances such as ecstasy, marijuana, LSD, or caffeine ( in coffee, tea or soda) or by withdrawal from long-term drugs like tranquilizers. Anxiety is also a common side effect of many prescriptions and over the counter medications. So be sure to tell your doctor about all substances you are ingesting, this information can be crucial to a correct diagnosis.
If these symptoms are occurring more frequently or you feel close to breaking down from the feeling they cause then it is imperative that you seek help. Contact your health care provider immediately for proper diagnosis because some panic anxiety disorders may also be associated with other physical illnesses that may be affecting your body. These illnesses may include thyroid disorders and others so it is always best to contact your physician.
It is important to take panic anxiety disorders and the symptoms seriously. With the correct help and treatment you can eradicate the disorder completely and live a fuller life.
