Symptoms Of Panic Anxiety Disorders

Even quite recently, mental health problems tended to be viewed with skepticism by the person suffering from the condition and from the people around them. This is often the case with people suffering from panic anxiety disorders. However this condition should be taken seriously as it can lead to more complex issues if left untreated. Here are some of the symptoms that you may experience when you are suffering from panic anxiety disorder.  If you recognize some of these symptoms in your own experiences them you should see your health care provider as soon as possible for a clinical diagnosis.

Be Aware Of These Symptoms

When you are anxious, you may feel certain changes in your body and the symptoms seem to be never ending and affecting your daily life when you have a panic anxiety disorder.  Among these symptoms are abdominal discomforts, diarrhea, dry mouth, rapid heartbeat (or palpitations), and tightness of the chest, shortness of breath, shaking, difficulty in swallowing, frequent urination, and dizziness. It may also be brought about from using substances such as ecstasy, marijuana, LSD, or caffeine ( in coffee, tea or soda) or by withdrawal from long-term drugs like tranquilizers. Anxiety is also a common side effect of many prescriptions and over the counter medications. So be sure to tell your doctor about all substances you are ingesting, this information can be crucial to a correct diagnosis.
